WARREN, MICHIGAN: Mrs. Lucy Guinevere Dowdy, 88, formerly of Buena Vista, died on Friday, June 4 at her home. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, June 9 at 10:00 a.m. in the Dilday Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Abbott officiating. Interment followed in Marlboro Cemetery.
Mrs. Dowdy was born February 3, 1916 in Buena Vista to the late William and Minnie Elizabeth Pickler Ozier. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gardell Dowdy, a son-in-law Earl Brumm and a grandson, Christopher Brumm.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Brumm, a grandson and two great-granddaughters. www.dilday.com
