Dorothy Williams Brinkley, 69, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle, with Dr. Howard Batson, senior pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.
Mrs. Brinkley was born in Westport, Tenn., and had lived in Amarillo since 1957. She was a licensed vocational nurse involved in private duty nursing.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the SA5 Sunday school class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Brinkley, in 1968.
Survivors include two sons, Ricky Brinkley of Amarillo and Benjie Brinkley of Phoenix; and a grandson.
