William was born September 24, 1943 in Camden, TN He was preceded by his father William Lee Darden, Sr. and His mother Charlene Hilliard Darden.
He is survived by his wife, Dian Dodd Darden of Camden; William L. Darden, III, (Tara) of Holladay and two grandchildren
Oakdale Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
