BILLY FURR WYATT
June 4, 1943 - September 7, 1994

Benton County Sheriff Billy Furr Wyatt 51, died of following a long illness, Wednesday, September 7, 1994 at his residence near Camden. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, September 9th at First Baptist Church in Camden. Jimmy Allison, Gary Greer and Larry Vine officiated. Burial was in the Camden Cemetery with Stockdale Malin in charge of services.

A native of Carroll County, Wyatt was born June 4, 1943, a son of Ava Furr Wyatt of Camden and the late Parker Wyatt. He was married to the former Charolette Umstead , who survives. A member of First Baptist Church in Bruceton, he also was a member of the Masonic Lodge. In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by two daughters, Amy Roe and Lisa Lockridge of Camden: a brother Edd Wyatt of Florida; and two grandchildren. [Source: Camden Chronicle]
