MEMPHIS: David Neil Elkins, C.P.A., 56, a longtime businessman and former owner of Elkins Bookkeeping and Tax Service, died Tuesday, September 3 at his home.
Mr. Elkins was born on May 23, 1946 in Bruceton, the son of the late Thomas F. Elkins. Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Elkins of Memphis and Stanford Elkins of Cordova; his mother, Lou Nell Elkins of Bruceton; a sister, Donna Stoelting of Vero Beach, Florida; and a brother, Dale Elkins of Murfreesboro.
Graveside services were held on Friday, September 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Prospect Cemeter
