Mr. Robert Lawton Brown, 56 of Hollow Rock, Tennessee, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. ----- officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 12:00 noon until time of service.
Mr. Brown was born July 27, 1967 in Park Ridge, Illinois to the late Bobby and Carolyn (Ford) Brown. He worked at Volunteer International as a service manager and was a member of New Hope Methodist Church. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, listening to classic rock music and spending time with friends and family. He leaves one sister, Rhonda Crawford and was preceded in the death by his parents, Bobby and Carolyn (Ford) Brown, and a son, William Robert Brown.
His is survived by his wife of 31 years, Vicki Brown and one son, Dylan Brown of Hollow Rock. [Source: Chase Funeral Home]

On March 2, 2014, Steven Edward Carey, age 47, slipped his earthly bonds for his heavenly home. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Kimberly (Joyner) Carey, two sons Andrew and Cameron Minor, and his mother, Mary Jane Carey.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd E. Carey and his grandparents. Steve leaves family and friends with a legacy of love and honor. Despite the pain in their hearts, those close to Steve know that he will never be too far away.

Services for Darrel Trent Curtis, l8, of Bruceton, were Wednesday, January, 9, at Phillips-Robertson Funeral Home in Nashville. Burial was in Harpeth Hill Cemetery there. Bruceton Funeral Home was in charge of.local arrangements.
The young man was pronounced dead Monday night,. January 7, at Baptist Hospital of Huntingdon from injuries received earlier when his car wrecked on U.S. 70 near the Rosser community authorities said.
He was a native of Nashville, had lived the past year in Carroll County and was a senior at Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Alice Lunn Curtis; a brother, Anthony Curtis of Nashville; and two grandparents, Mrs.Margaret Lunn of Franklin, and Mrs. Viola Curtis of Fairview.

John A. Davis, age 54 of Dover, TN was called home to be with the Lord on September 20, 2021 at Tennova Hospital, Clarksville, TN. He was born May 14, 1967 the beloved son of the late Haskell Rea and Lorene Tines Davis. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. John worked for Jostens, Clarksville, TN as an electrical technician. He had a passion for playing the guitar. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and loyal friend to many. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and was a member of the First Christian Church of Dover.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother; Linden (Pete) Wilson Tines and sister; Rosie Davis.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Judy Foust Davis, stepdaughter; Dana Winsett Chango (John), grandchildren; David and Eli Chango, sister; Sandy Grider and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 10:00am until the hour of the funeral service at 12:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Martha Rucker. Burial will follow at Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family has requested those attending the service to wear face mask and practice social distancing.

Gina Carol Harrington Collins, 53, of McKenzie, passed away Sunday, August 30, at her home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 3, at 11 a.m., at the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church with Lynn Stapleton officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery. Bruceton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Collins was born Dec. 23, 1966, in Huntingdon, to Joseph “Redbear” Harrington, of
Hollow Rock, and the late Patsy A. Mullins Harrington. She was a member of the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church and a nurse for TN Health Management.
She served with Helping Hands, helped with vacation bible school, and taught nursing
classes as well as many other things.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Harrington, and an aunt, Linda Harrington.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 16 years, Diamond Collins Jr.;
a daughter, Rebecca Guilfoy, of Raleigh, N.C.; six grandchildren, a special friend, Kathleen Smiley, and numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Larry, Tony and Laird Collins, Charles Halford, James Laird Collins

Mr. Mark Edward Jameson, 55 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, January 29, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Ivey officiating. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Another Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at First Pentecostal Church in Huntingdon with Bro. Bud Ricketts officiating.
Mr. Mark Edward Jameson was born October 11,1965 in Huntingdon,Tn to the late Rev. Carvene & Raylean Jameson. Mark was proceeded in death by his parents Rev. Carvene & Raylean Jameson and Mrs. Lori Jameson (1st wife). Mark was a member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church where he professed his hope in Christ at an early age. He sang on the Junior choir and attended Sunday School. In 1986 he became a member of Full Gospel Deliverance Church where he later became a Pastor. Throughout his life, he was known for his musical talent for playing the drums and singing. He traveled with the Heavenly Crowns, The Faithful Souls and the Holy Lights, all of Huntingdon, Tn. On February 27, 2010 Mark was joined in Holy Matrimony to Tasha Posey. Mark departed this life on January 22, 2021.
Mark met former Pastor, Bro. Columbus of the First Pentecostal Church in Huntingdon and a spark was lit and shortly after he became the church drummer, while ministering through encouraging words and scriptures until he was no longer able to attend. He, along with a special brother in Christ, Mr. Johnny Drinkard, also served to win souls through jail ministry. Mark was larger than life. He had a strong personality and presence and possessed extreme strengths. He worked successfully at several jobs as he was blessed with many talents and skills as a carpenter, mechanic and an electrician. Mark obtained an electrician certificate that the McKenzie Vocational Technical School and later became a substitute teacher for the Huntingdon Vocational School of Huntingdon for several years. Throughout his life he was blessed to display his talents through his work.
He leaves to cherish his memories Tasha Jameson, wife of almost 11 years, 4 daughters, Candus (Reggie) Hullett of Jackson TN, Latoyha (Shaun) Ross of Huntingdon, TN, Carrisa (Devin) Herron of Huntingdon Tn, and Phenique Posey of Huntingdon TN, and 8 grandchildren. He also leaves his brother Steve (Sheryl) Jameson of Atlanta GA, sister Tamica Jameson of Huntingdon TN, and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Death came to Jeffrey on September the 13th at Alamogordo, New Mexico at the age of 24. Leaving behind a daughter, Patrice Nicole Lewis of Fayettville, North Carolina, his mother, Frances Lewis of Bruceton, TN, his father, John Lewis of Hollow Rock, TN, one sister, Janet Jones of -Covington, TN, one brother, John W. Lewis of Kefralik, Iceland, his wife Lisa of Fayettville, NC, step-daughter, Tasha Anderson, a sister-in-law, Michael Lewis, a brother-in-law, Tony Jones, 4 neices, 1 nephew and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends that will miss him. Jeffrey confessed faith in Christ at an early age and became a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church where he was an usher.
He is buried in Old Pisgah Cemetery Bruceton, Tennessee. Death was by drowning.

Services for Kyle Jordan Lowe, 29 of Bruceton, were at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 1996, at First Baptist Chruch in Bruceton. Interment followed at Prospect Cemetery in Hollow Rock.
Mr. Lowe a medical sales specialist, was born on December 15, 1966, to Mr. and Mrs. Gene Lowe of Bruceton. He was a member of Two Rivers Baptist Church in Nashville. He died on Wednesday, January 31 1996, at his home in Antioch of cancer.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jeanie Lenagar of Munford, and Mrs. Lura Scates, of Kennesaw, GA.; two brothers-in-law, Kevin Lenagar, and Dennis Scates, and four nephews, Daniel Lenagar, Shonn Lenagar, Ryan Scates, and Stephen Scates. He also leaves his grandmother Mrs. Evelyn Jordan, of Louisville, Mississippi.
Pallbearers who served were cousins, Ken Dotson, Don Lowe, Todd Lowe, David Lowe, Barry Lowe, and Billy Lowe. Bruceton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Natalie Ann Wade, age 54 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, November 21, 2021, at her residence. She was the former owner & operator of Mrs. Natalie’s Daycare and was also a piano teacher for many years. Natalie was the author of several published children’s books. She was a vendor at area farmers markets selling “Natalie’s Kitchen” jellies, jams, and marmalades.
Natalie was born December 26, 1966, in Bruceton, TN, to the late Benny Ray “Sorghum” Park and Patsy Yvonne Park, who survives, of Paris. She was married November 28, 1987, to Terry Joe Wade, who survives, of Paris.
Along with her husband and mother, she is also survived by two daughters, Tabitha Nicole (Michael) Melton of Paris, and Tiffany Raphaela (Jonaz) Moreno of Florence, MA; one son, Jason Michael (Rachel) Wade of Memphis, TN; two brothers, Samuel Kent (Sherry) Park of Eva, TN, and Ronald Ray Park of Paris; and five grandchildren, Summer Melton, Madison Melton, Lyla Melton, Sophia Melton, and Liam Melton.

Mr. Pierce was born April 11, 1967 in Nashville, Tennessee. He worked for Humble Builders as a construction worker. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Sue Glover.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Pierce, one daughter, Lissy Pierce of Hollow Rock, one step-son, Trey Montgomery of Bruceton, his father and step-mother, Dwayne and Karen Pierce of Huntingdon, one sister, Michelle Simpson (Todd) of Huntingdon, three brothers, Rob Pierce of Huntingdon, John Pierce (Julie) of Rapid City, South Dakota, and Mike Newsome (Felicia) of Huntingdon. Mr. Stepp was born Oct. 24, 1967, in Camden, to Billy Stepp and Helen McMackin Stepp.
He was a maintenance man for Kellogg’s Inc.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Bruce (Kristen) Stepp, of Franklin; a niece and nephews, Hunter, Tanner, Zac, and Aubrey, and a great-nephew, Pax. Pallbearers who served were Tim and Stacy Stepp, Mark French, Marcus Wallace, Ricky Rogers and Jeff Mebane.
