Funeral Services Held Saturday For Sam Higgason
Sam Higgason, Jr., died Tuesday, April 7 in Houston, Texas after a heart attack. He was 41.
Services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the First Baptist Church in Bruceton with Rev. J. A. ATchley officiating. Burial was in Prospect Cemetery with the Bruceton Funeal Home in charge.
Mr. Higgason was a graduate of Central High School and a member of the First Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Higgason of Houston, Texas, one daughter, Miss Terry Higgason and 1 son, David, both of Huntingdon, California, his mother, Mrs. Evie Higgason of Bruceton, two brothers, James Harold Higgason of Whiting, Ind., and Max Higgason of Griffith, Ind., one sister, Mrs Bob Barker of Bruceton.
