HOLLOW ROCK: Louise S. Bedwell, 84, died Friday, July 18, at her home. Funeral services were Sunday, July 20, at 2 p.m. at Dilday Funeral Home with Bro. Robert White officiating. Burial followed in Prospect Cemetery.
Mrs. Bedwell was born June 3, 1924 in Benton County to the late Clint and Eula (Prince) Swearingen. She was a retired employee of Henry I. Siegel and member of Hollow Rock Methodist Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Mark Powell; three brothers, Harold Swearingen, Bud Swearingen and Charles Swearingen; and two sisters, Frances Compton and Mary Rial.
Survivors include: one daughter, Paulette Daley of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; two sons, Tracey Powell of Hollow Rock and Bergen Powell of Bruceton; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. [Source: McKenzie Banner]

Louise S. Bedwell, 84, of Hollow Rock, died Friday, July 18, at her home. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, in the chapel of Dilday Funeral Home with Brother Robert White officiating. Burial followed at Prospect Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bedwell, who died September 15, 1998; a son, Mark Powell; three brothers, Harold Swearingen, Bud Swearingen and Charles Swearingen; and two sisters, Frances Compton and Mary Rial.
