Lota Ann Clark Park
November 24, 1927 – February 14, 2015

Mrs. Lota Ann Clark Park, 87, of Bruceton, died Saturday, Feb. 14, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was a retired employee of Camden General Hospital. Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 16, at 1 p.m. at Bruceton First Baptist Church with burial in Butler’s Cemetery. Terry Bradshaw and Shawn Allred officiated the services. Pallbearers were Clark Smothers, John Carter Park, James Park, Lucas Taylor, Dave Hohman and Garth Birdwell.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, John Cooper Park, on Feb. 12, 2005, and two sisters, Ava Smothers and Brooxie Clark. She was born Nov. 24, 1927, in Carroll County to the late Mr. Garvin Clark and Mrs. Lonie Brown Clark. She was a member of Bruceton First Baptist
Church.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Philip Park of Bruceton whom she married June 25, 1951. Other survivors include: one daughter, Phyllis (Robert) Taylor of Huntingdon; four grandchildren: Robyn Taylor (Dave) Hohman, Lucas Park (Lauren) Taylor, Jon Carter Park, James Philip (Sabrina) Park; three great-grandchildren: Taylor Ann Hohman, Jackson David Hohman and Griffin Lucas Taylor.
