Mrs. Marjorie Sue Wiser, 76, of Hollow Rock, passed away Tuesday, September 15, at Baptist Hospital in Union City. Funeral Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, September 18, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Mallard officiating. Interment followed in the Twin Oaks Community Cemetery. Pallbearers who served were Adam Walker, Mitchell Boyd, Hoit Mitchum, Julian Wiser, Mark King, and Mike King.

Mrs. Wiser was born January 14, 1933, in Carroll County, to the late William Horbert King and Ollie (Foust) King. She was a retired factory worker of H.I.S., Inc. and a member of the Twin Oaks Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayborn G. Wiser.

She is survived by one daughter, Kim (Hoit) Mitchum of McKenzie; one son, Chris (Cathy) Wiser of Lebanon; one sister, Wanza (Charles) Bond of Bruceton; two brothers, Robert M. King of Bruceton, and W.D.”Cotton” (Patsy) King of Hollow Rock. She also leaves three grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Chase Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
