JAMES ROY McMACKINS

Services for James Roy McMackins, 54, of Bruceton were 2 p.m., Saturday, at Dilday Funeral Home with Warder K. Novak officiating. Burial was in Prospect Cemetery. Mr. McMackins, an electrician, died Thursday evening at Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon.
He was the son of the late Russell McMackins and Jurah Rogers McMackins.
He is survied by his wife, Claudette Wilson McMackins; two children, Valerie Broussard of Chanelview, Texas and Gail Honeycutt of Baumont, Texas; two step-sons, Kent Pendergrass of Huntsville, Ala, and Keith Pendergrass of St. Augustine, Fla.; three sisters, Laverne Smith of McKenzie, Vernell Steppe of Bruceton and Ina Belle Williams of Buena Vista; three brothers, Gene Robert McMackins of Vale, Buddy McMackins of Hollow Rock and Melvin McMackins of Winter Gardens, Fla.; and two grand-daughters, Heather Honeycutt and Victoria Broussard, both of Texas.
