Funeral services for Willard Duarl Luther, of Camden, age 73, were held Wednesday, Sept. 3 in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Chester Harrison officiating. Burial followed at Prospect Cemetery. Oakdale Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Luther passed away Monday, Sept. 1 at Camden General Hospital. He was born July 27, 1935 in Benton Co. to the late Dewey Lindell and Lillian Cole Luther.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Greta Hollingsworth and Priscilla Hicks. He is survived by his wife, Jo Nell Johnson Luther, a son, John Michael Luther, both of Camden; two daughters, Karen (James) Hunt, of Puryear, and Katherine Smith, of Nashville; a brother, Ray (Peggy) Luther, of Bruceton; four grandchildren, Bobby Kelley, of Memphis, Clayton (Bonnie) Kelley, of Camden, Clifton Bone, of Nashville, and Ashley Luther, of Paris; two great- grandchildren, Ayden Bone and Baby Kelley to be; four brothers-in-law, W.A. Johnson, of Holladay, Carmack Johnson, of Waverly, Johnny Johnson, of Memphis, and David Johnson, of Camden; two nieces and two nephews. [Source: Camden Chronicle]
