Charles Ray Lowe
February 20, 1939 - April 18, 2000

Former automobile dealership owner and operator Charles Ray Lowe, 70, of Paris died Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Paris Healthcare Center. The body was cremated. His wife, Judy Lovelady Lowe, survives. They were married on May 5, 1957. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Roger Banks will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Born Feb. 20, 1939, in Bruceton, he was the son of Irvin and Lou Elvia Glisson Lowe, now both deceased. He also leaves one daughter: Charlotte “Chi Chi” (Michael) Lee of Paris; two sons: Rick (Sissy) Lowe of Paris and Marty (Christina) Lowe of Camden; a son-in-law: Joe Sanders of Paris; Eleven grandchildren: Carla (Travis) Todd of Lakeland, Emily Lowe, Chris Lee, Lauren Lee, Lucas Lee and Jenna Sanders, all of Paris; Josh Sanders, who is serving in the U.S. Marine Corps; Devon Gaddes, Alexa Lashlee, Madelyn Cole and Katie Cole, all of Camden; Three great-grandchildren: Tate Lee and Jocelyn Lee, both of Paris, and Jack Todd of Lakeland; a brother-in-law: Jack Lovelady of Paris; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
