Funeral services for Maurice Lee Matheny, age 65, of Camden, Tenn., were held November 13, at 1 p.m. at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Greer and Bro. Sammy Douglas officiating. Burial in McAuley Cemetery in Buena Vista, Tenn. Oakdale Funeral Home was in charge of Arrangements. Mr. Matheny passed away November 11, 2004, at his residence.
Mr. Matheny was born January 21, 1939, in Buena Vista, Tenn., to Claude Robert and Hattie Pinkston Matheny both deceased.
Mr. Matheny is survived by two daughters Angie (Dallas) Wade, of Camden, and Teresa Matheny, of Delong, Ind.; one sister Linda Sanders, of Camden; one brother Bob Matheny, of Buena Vista; and six grandchildren, Josh Oatsvall, Krystal Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Anna Wade, Jeremiah Allen and Joey Douglas.
