The funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2004 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Dr. Chuck Frazier and Dr. Mack Hannah officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Donations may be made to Alive Hospice.
