Mrs. Carolyn Sue Hopper, 66 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Bro. Bill Douglas will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
Mrs. Hopper was born April 9, 1945 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Russell Lee Kyle and Lois D. (Redden) Kyle. She was a production worker for the H. I. S. Company. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by, her husband; Murphy Gene Hopper, an infant son; Roy Lee Hopper and one brother; Jackie Lee Kyle.
She is survived by one sister; Martha Kyle Hollingsworth (husband Jerry) of Bruceton, a nephew and son at heart; Roy Gene Hopper. She also leaves a host of friends and a special family of nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, and cousins that loved and cared for her. [Source: Chase Funeral Home]
