Mrs. Patricia Ann Fowler, 75, of Buena Vista, Tennessee passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 1:00 P.M.in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Wesley Grooms officiating. Interment will follow in McAuley Cemetery. Pallbearers who will serve are Bruce Hilliard, Brian Ettensohn, Tony Pinson, Kenny Dale Fowler, James Selph, Terry Hollingsworth. The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 11:00 A.M until time of service.
Mrs. Fowler was born December 13, 1948 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Noah Hollingsworth and Vivian (Butler) Hollingsworth. She was also preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Ronnie Fowler, a daughter, Tracie Ettensohn (Brian) of Henderson, Kentucky, a son, Steven Fowler (Brandi) of Buena Vista, two sisters, Pansy Lawton (Fred) and Charlotte Taylor both of Bruceton, five grandchildren, Evan Ettensohn, Adrian Ettensohn, Kayla Fowler, Wyatt Fowler and Garrett Fowler, a step grandson, Hayden Hicks, and two great-grandchildren.
