BUTLER, JOSEPH LANDRUM, M.D., 57, of Vestavia Hills, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 8, 2008. He was born July 17, 1951 in Martin, Tennessee, son of the late Howell G. Butler and Nellie Jo Arnold Butler.

Visitation will be at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, beginning at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 11, 2008. A graveside service will follow, beginning at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Arthritis Foundation at www.arthritis.org.
