Ann Renee' Sykes 67, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at St Thomas Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. Mrs. Sykes was born on April 1, 1955 in Memphis, TN to the late Taylor Lincoln Hopper and Patricia Ann Golighty Hopper. She was a retired EMS for Baptist Ambulance Service in Huntingdon.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death her sister Lisa Hopper and a brother Steven Hopper.
She is survived by her husband Mitchell Warren Sykes of Puryear, TN. One daughter Sarah Elizabeth Cox of Puryear, TN. Four sons: Brandon Woodard of McKenzie, TN, Justin Woodard of North Carolina, Mason Sykes of Puryear, TN and Matthew Sykes of Puryear, TN. One sister Shelley Crum of New Johnsonville and one brother Michael Hopper of Nashville, TN. 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, May 6th at 12:00 noon at the Bruceton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Puryear City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 5th from 4:00 PM till 8:00PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM till 12:00 noon funeral service time. [Source: Bruceton Funeral Home]
