BUENA VISTA: John Wayne Williams, 44, died Friday June 6, at his home. Funeral services were Sunday, June 8, at 2 p.m. at Dilday Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Cooper officiating. Burial followed in McAuley Cemetery.
Mr. Williams was born August 25,1963 in Carroll County. He was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Gail Williams.
Survivors include: his parents, C.B. and Ina Bell McMackins Williams of Buena Vista; one daughter, Rachel Susan Williams of Camden; and one brother, Charley Ben Williams of Buena Vista. [Source: McKenzie Banner]

Mr. Williams was born on August 25, 1963, in Carroll County. He was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Gail Williams Kelly; paternal grandparents, Flora B. and Charley Ben Williams; and maternal grandparents, Russell and Jurrah Rogers McMackins.
He is survived by his parents, C.B. and Ina Bell McMackins of Buena Vista; a daughter, Rachel Susan Williams of Camden; a brother, Charley Ben Williams of Buena Vista; two nieces, Kimberly and Emily Kelly; and a nephew, Evan Kelly. [Source: Carroll County NEWS-LEADER]
