Annie Marie Freen Dolan

Annie Marie Dolan, 77, of Bruceton, died Saturday, October 25. Services will be held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday, October 29) at Marlboro Church of Christ in the Vale Community with Joe Abbott officiating. Burial will follow at Marlboro Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be Bryan Foster, Ashley Foster, Steve Green, John Beamon, Bill Lemons, and Jimmy Lowe. Honorary pallbearers will be Will McMackins and Bryan Abbott. Bruceton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Dolan, daughter of the late Linden “Taylor” Green and Ada Odell Owenby Green, was born on December 15, 1930, in Vale. She received her Master’s Degree in Education from the Memphis State University. She retired after 27 years as a school teacher for the City of Memphis Schools. She was a member of Holmes Road Church of Christ in Memphis from 1960-1993 and Marlboro Church of Christ since 1993.
She was preceded in death by a brother, George E. Green. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph Eugene Dolan; a son, Ralph Brent (Elsie) Dolan of Bruceton; a sister, Wanda Faye Green Foster of Bruceton; and two grandchildren, Annie Marie Dolan and Oliver Dolan, both of Atlanta, Georgia.
