Joel “Bull” Arnold
July 17, 1942 - October 26, 2016

Joel Winston “Bull” Arnold, 74, of Bruceton passed away Wednesday, October 26 at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Funeral services were held October 29 in the chapel of Bruceton Funeral Home, with Bro Steve Whitworth and Bro. Eddie Breeden officiating. Burial followed at Prospect Cemetery in Hollow Rock.

Mr. Arnold was born July 17, 1942 in Plant to the late John Price Arnold and Ada Lucille Cantrell Arnold. He was an Army veteran, a Methodist in faith, and a member of American Legion Post #180.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Charmain Wright and Barbara Arnold; and a brother, Jerry Arnold.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Katie Ford Arnold of Bruceton; a daughter, Misha (Chuck) Adams of Bruceton; two sisters, Sandra Shaw of Tupelo, Miss. And Nancy Barker of Wildersville; one brother, Charles Arnold of Jackson; one granddaughter, Lindsey Adams of Paris; and one great-grandchild, Lyza. Pallbearers were Danny Johnson, Keith Smothers, Frankie Smith, Ronnie Wade, Billy Mack Rich, Eddie Webb, Ronnie Williams, and Charles Arnold. [Source: Carroll County News-Leader]
